This beautiful 2-story, 3 bedroom beach front house is located on Bald Point Beach in Alligator Point. The house is on a 1 acre private paradise directly on your own secluded beach. It is also close to Bald Point State Park. You may spot a sea turtle nest or two on the beach right next to the house! Two full-sized decks offer a spectacular view of the ocean, sunrise, and sunsets. A private, beautiful white sandy beach is just a few yards away from the house.

Each bedroom, the kitchen and living room have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Alligator Point is still one of Florida's best kept secrets. It is approximately 45 miles south of Tallahassee, the state capital. Quiet, secluded and unspoiled, this location is perfect for those who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere.

The beach at Bald Point and Alligator Point allows for miles of unpopulated walks and is wonderful for the nature and fishing lover. But, please note, Alligator Point got its name for its shape, like an alligator’s tail, and not for an abundance of alligators! The Bald Point and Alligator Point area is a nature lover's paradise. Boating, fishing, bike riding, tennis and golfing are all available nearby. Prime bird watching can be found down the street from Turtle Tracks at Bald Point State Park. Alligator Point is also centrally located to a multitude of recreational and sight-seeing activities. At Wildwood Country Club, a beautiful new golf course can be found right off Highway 98 in Wakulla County. This golf course is open to the public and only 25 minutes away. Fishing is abundant and more than superb in the area with grouper, amberjack, trout, redfish, flounder, and mullet being some of the local favorites.

You can also enjoy being so close to beautiful St. George Island, Carrabelle, and Dog Island, historic Apalachicola where you will find the world’s best oysters and St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge. If you enjoy marine life, there is the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab in Panacea, which is about 15 minutes away. There is also Florida State University Marine Lab across the bay and only about a 15 minute drive. Wakulla Springs, the largest fresh water spring in the world with glass-bottom boat rides is only 35 minutes away. It is famous for being the site where the old Tarzan movies and The Creature from the Black Lagoon movies were filmed. For those interested in shopping, Tallahassee has two huge malls and all the retail therapy you may need. The Tallahassee Airport is conveniently located and within a 45 minute drive.
