Marathon Key's "Cocoplum Terraces" condominiums is a quiet waterfront location on the ocean side of the island, just a short walk away from Cocoplum Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was just remodeled and professionally decorated (2003) with a new kitchen, bath and master bath. The new master bathroom has a granite countertop and tile shower. Our condo is located on the second floor in a well maintained and landscaped complex that offers a variety of amenities including a large deep water boat slip on the widest canal in the Florida Keys (included with rental) and secure boat trailer storage. The home is beautifully furnished throughout with the Tommy Bahama collection by Lexington. The living room has a flat screen television, DVD/CD player and stereo radio.

Both bedrooms offer flat screen televisions and Bose CD stereos. The kitchen has granite countertops and all new appliances (2003). The bathroom is completely redone with a jetted tub and granite countertop. The private balcony has a dining area, a beautiful garden and a nice view of the canal. There is a coin operated laundry in the building. We offer a smoke free environment for all of our guests. We would be happy to recommend a kennel for those guests traveling with pets.

There are many fun things to do at "Tom's Deluxe" including; walking to Cocoplum beach, swimming, bicycling, hiking, boating, fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, motorcycle and scooter rental, shopping, restaurants, fitness center, live theatre & cinema. Other close-by attractions include; The Dolphin Research Center, Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, Museum of Natural History, Pennekamp Underwater Park, Pigeon Key, Sombrero Beach and Key West.

A deposit of $500 is required to secure a reservation. If you must cancel, your deposit will not be returned unless the home is rented again for that time. If it is rented again you will be charged a $30.00 administrative fee to cover the cost of making the credit card charge/reversal and fax/phone expenses.
