Our home is a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa, with an electrically heated pool, which was only completed April 2004. The villa is fully air conditioned, with a south facing garden and deck, in a private and quiet location. We have furnished our home tastefully and it provides for every comfort. There are five excellent golf courses ten minutes drive away, with tennis courts only a short cycle ride from our home. Gulf of Mexico beaches are also nearby, with some excellent shopping and restaurants only a short drive away.

Our villa is also ideally placed for visiting the fashionable districts of Venice, Sarasota, Siesta and Longboat Keys, Naples and the islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Marco. All of these resorts lay on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico and offer numerous shopping malls, museums, first class restaurants and state parks etc and all are within reasonable driving distance. Further to the north are the theme parks and tourist attractions of Tampa (1.5 hrs) and Orlando (2.5 hrs). To the south are the Everglades National Park (2 hrs) and Miami (3 hrs).

Discount on Rentals of 3 weeks or more

A refundable security deposit of £200, or $350 to cover accidental damage, or loss to the property and/or contents, including excessive cleaning charges. Cleaning charges, taxes and pool heating are included in the rental price. Deposit of 20% of the full rental cost is required to confirm booking. Minimum stay - 1 week
