Second bedroom: Double size bed, closet, cable TV, adjacent second bathroom with tub. Den: Queen size sofa bed, cable TV. Living room: Complete seating area with large screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. Kitchen/Dining Areas: Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and an additional separate formal dinning area. Pool Area: Screened patio with heated pool, seating for 8 people, umbrella, loungers and Gas BBQ.

You only need to bring your own clothes and personal toiletries to make this villa your vacation home. Located in Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club, guests have access to a challenging, 18-hole golf course, 5 lighted tennis courts, lush landscaped walkways, swimming, and a fitness center. $1200 security deposit. $100 departure/cleaning fee. $225 golf transfer fee/condo association fee (restrictions apply). 10% tourist tax. First deposit of 33% of total due at least 90 days prior to arrival. Second deposit of 33% due at least 60 days prior to arrival. Third deposit of 33% due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full rent payments are due prior to arrival and are not refundable except for the $1200 security deposit. Two non/relative tennant references required.
