The home consists of one 2 bedroom and two one bedroom units... at full occupancy, sleeps 12!

You will love how the tropical dining room is surrounded by large bright windows overlooking Estero Blvd. Downstairs there are two very 'island festive' 1 BR, 1 BA apartments. The lower right 1BR has the added bonus of a large lanai and a utility room complete with washer and dryer for your convenience. "We were so very pleased with our vacation spot. We usually R.V.; but wth the children and their little ones all following us south this year we knew we needed a home base and this spot worked out perfectly. We were across the road from the beaches and that was the whole point of going to Fort Myers Beach....The beach. The house was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for this trip to be a success was right there. It was easy to decided to return to our apartment if we wanted, whether it be for a break from the sun or because it was meal time, there was just a short walk across the road, we were home. It accepted our little poodle which for us is huge. We R.V. it so we can take our lap dog with us. So many places do not accept pets, to find one this nice as close to the beach as we could get and allow little dogs was wonderful. The office staff was very helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help us with a situation we had regarding our luggage, what special people they are. We would hghly recommend not only this rental but this company base we dealt with in Fort Myers."
