11% Florida tax. $300 or 20%damage deposit, balance due 30 days prior. No booking fee or cleaning fee. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Includes swimming pool, tennis courts, beach and beach equipment but NOT other resort amenities. The South Seas Island Resort amenities are not available to private renters.
