Our beautiful Gulf-front condo is newly remodeled (2004). It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a 180 degree breathtaking view of the Gulf Of Mexico from the double balconies and living areas. Overlooking a 100 yard, white, sandy beach and pool, this condo is located on the 6th floor close to secure elevators, stairwells and laundry room. The condo is fully-equipped, providing all the linens and cookware. All you'll need to bring are the beach towels and sunblock.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large ceramic tub bath. The second bedroom features a double bed, which enables this part of the condo to be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bath for a party of two. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds with a pretty view of the Intercoastal Waterway. Located in a relatively quiet area of Sunset Beach, our condo conveniently offers easy access to great restaurants, churches, shopping, golf courses, supermarkets, night life, etc. Historic John's Pass, where you will find everything from day cruises to deep see fishing, is less than 10 minutes away.

The Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Adventure Island, Ybor City and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We are located just 90 minutes away from Orland's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios. Lastly, for sports fans, we are only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, Yankee Stadium and the St. Pete Times Forum.
