The front apartment includes a garage protecting your vehicle from the Florida sun and making it very convenient to transport groceries and other items directly from the garage to the kitchen. This eliminates being caught in Florida showers.

The front apartment in the home offers a king-sized bed in the Master bedroom. There is a full-sized bed in the second bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The dining area will seat six at the table, plus two bar stools for additional seating.

The rear one bedroom apartment has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom. There is a futon in the living room. The mini-kitchen includes all you will need for your dining pleasure. This cozy unit has it's entrance from a deck (shared but with planter divider). The driveway leads to the deck. There is a large deck in the back of the home. The laundry facility is shared by both units.
