The villa is located in beautiful Sarasota, known for its theatre, dining and art. We are a ten minute drive from Siesta Key, having one of the nicest white sand beaches in Florida. In addition, great shopping is at our doorstep, with the Sarasota Square Mall being a 5 minute drive, and the fabulous St. Armands Key 15 minutes away. |

The real bonus in this villa is the golf. Our rental fee (plus the transfer fee) covers green fees for you and a spouse while you are in the villa. Cart fees are nominal but extra.
