NEWLY RENOVATED in 2005- Our 1-bedroom, 2nd floor condo is located just across the street from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and is a stone's throw from the beach access. Our complex boasts a large year-round heated pool where you can bask in the sun on loungers and barbeque on the gas grill. We are within walking distance of fine restaurants, shops, grocery stores, jet ski rentals, charter fishing, parasailing, casino cruises, and famous John's Pass. Madeira Beach is halfway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, only 90 minutes from major Florida attractions like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. There are also area golf courses.

Please contact owners for special rates. No additional cleaning fee. All fees payable in cash, traveler's checks or credit card. 10% deposit of the total rent due or a minimum of $100 is required to secure reservation. Balances are due 15 days prior to arrival by traveler's checks, cash or credit card. 12% Florida state tax on total rental. 3-night minimum. Refunds are available only with a 30-day written notice prior to your scheduled arrival (less handling fee). No refunds can be made for early departures.
