Make this 1 bedroom unit your home base for the perfect Longboat Key getaway. You may find nirvana here. Both relaxation and play are a breeze at the Beachcomber. The pool is on the beach, just steps from a community room with a lounge and small library. Two elevators connect the apartment to the lobby and on site managers office. The managers live on the property and will help make your stay comfortable. The Beachcomber is at about the mid point of the island and is very convenient. The view from our balcony is of the greenbelt but the building is just a few steps from the beach.

Longboat Key Condo - trail

Just across the street is a small park and a shopping center that has some small boutique shops, a Publix supermarket and a large drug store. Also in the area are a several churches, restaurants and the a Post Office. There is a ten mile biking and walking trail on the island which is just steps away from the front door... and then there is the beach!!...over ten miles of white sandy beach with seashells and tufts of sea oats all along the way. There is some of the best shelling in the world here, dolphins playing in the surf, and magnificent sunsets. It is a bit of heaven here on earth.

Call if you have other arrival/departure dates and/or longer period · Check-in after 2:00 PM or sometimes earlier · Check out by 10:00 AM · Rates are based on an occupancy of 2-persons 4 maximum · Extra $10 per day on each person over 2 · Florida State Tax of 11% on all stays of less than six months . Guests responsible for laundry and cleaning during stay · Cleaning after departure $75
