Our spacious condo (1000 sq ft) is beautifully professionally decorated with Florida decor and is very clean and well kept with inspiring Gulf views! The minute you step into this stunning condo with very large Gulf front balcony you'll know you are on vacation! Beautiful beach, heated pool, laundry room, elevator. We are close to many fine restaurants, shopping, tennis courts, golf, and other attractions. SunCoast beach trolley stops at the door and will take you from Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price.

It's a convenient drive to Florida's major attractions including Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc. This condo is steps from the beach. Why vacation anywhere else when you can enjoy FLA for LESS! Enjoy warm Gulf waters during the day and spectacular sunsets at dusk. JUST REMEMBER THERE REALLY IS A 'GREEN FLASH', DON'T BLINK OR YOU WILL MISS IT !
