Enjoy a pleasant Gulf front vacation in this 3 bedroom condo on Indian Rocks Beach, in Florida just a few miles from Clearwater Beach. This condo is gorgeous and fully loaded with all of the amenities. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a king size bed, walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the beach and the pool and hot tub are almost in the sand on the Gulf. Sunsets in the hot tub are amazing. The other two bedrooms have a queen and twin beds all newly decorated with fun beach themes.

The kids twin room has a surfboard beach party theme with a VCR and kids tapes in the room. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a fold open cot in the closet. Portable crib, and hightchair are available by request. The large kitchen has everything you'll need to cook meals in, if you desire, including full size appliances, utensils, gadgets, multiple sets of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and baking pans. A NEW (2004) full size washer and dryer are in the condo for your use.

This condo has a spiral staircase from the balcony to the ground for easy access to the pool, jacuzzi and the beautiful white sugar sand BEACH! There is a gas grill by the pool for guests to use. We supply all of the beach chairs umbrellas and pool toys also! Grocery store is directly behind the condo along with several fantastic resurants all steps away. Parking is numbered and directly under your condo facing the beach.
