PLEASE READ - Miscellaneous 12% taxes in additional to rental amounts. Weekly and daily extensions are possible, holidays extra. $250 reservation deposit due within 15 days of making reservation. This deposit is applied to the total charges due. Balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival date and payable in U.S. funds. No refunds on cancellations made less than 45 days proir to scheduled arrival date. Please add $100 cleaning fee. An additional $500 safety/damage deposit is required before arrival that is refundable. Tennant pays aditional electrical utility costs over $100/month.
