The bedrooms have brand new (2008) Sterns & Foster plush and Ultra plush mattresses.

As one enters the unit, you come to a vestibule of approximately 15 feet. As you face the living room, on the right are a couple of sizable closets; on the left of the vestibule is the spacious kitchen. Through the kitchen window, one has an incredible view of the Intracoastal Waterway. All of the appliances in the kitchen are in excellent condition and there is even a brand new dishwasher. The floors of the kitchen are not like other Floridian apartments with old linoleum, they have all been restored underneath with corkboard and new Spanish ceramic tiles. At the end of the kitchen is quaint country kitchenette - just perfect for a quick bite.

We now enter the dining room. There is a beautiful glass top table with four matching chairs. A lovely chandelier provides a low yet brilliant light for your dining pleasure. The living room has been entirely reconfigured. The beautiful white leather sectional sofa is the masterpiece of the living room. The television set is a sizable set with built-in VCR unit and is housed in a wall unit. The television is serviced with digital cable with over three (300) hundred channels. The wall unit contains a number of seashells, conches, corral and other sea oriented artifacts. Right next to the wall unit is a stereo component with three foot speakers on each side of the living room.

Not only do you get the beautiful sunsets off of the master bedroom and the living room of the Gulf of Mexico but seeing porpoises and schools of fish are quite frequent and easily viewed without the aid of binoculars. The view of the Inter-coastal is also gorgeous off of the kitchen window. Please note that the terrace has been restored with sophisticated Spanish ceramic tile. The terrace is an extended terrace that is not only outside of the living room but also the master bedroom. One can easily use the terrace for an afternoon barbecue or just kicking back and watching the sunset.

One now comes back to the beginning of the dining room and proceeds to another vestibule of approximately 18 feet. On the right side of this vestibule is the first bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities. On the left side is the utility closet primarily used for laundry purposes. The utility closet has a washer and a dryer, which are both in excellent condition. At the end of the vestibule are the bedrooms. On the right side is the first bedroom. This bedroom is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bureau. There is also a huge walk-in closet in this bedroom that can be used for various storage.
At the left side is the wondrous master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with end tables on each side as well as a brand new television and VCR. There are a number of bureaus with mirrors. The master bedroom also looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The master bathroom has twin sinks, a huge Jacuzzi and a separate shower with a Lanai window overlooking the Gulf. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet that can accommodate about as much clothes as any person can bring. No need to leave anything home - bring it along, you’ve got the room.
Please note that the kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans and eating utensils. The utility closet or laundry room is stocked with sheets and towels. The Unit also has three telephone units (one cordless unit). The 9 Floor Unit parking space (number #97) is an easy access (approximately ten steps) from the front door.
