14 days minimum rental. 12% Florida occupancy tax. Security deposit of $500.00 will be refunded in 30 days if unit is returned in same condition as received and there are no charges for long distance calls. If unit needs cleaning a cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. Cleaning fee 0 to $120.00, depending of condition unit is left. Association Application fee is $100. Check-in 3pm (Maybe earlier depending on the time that tenasts leave and condition of the unit since you will receive it completely clean) Check-out 10am (Depending on time of arrival of next tenants and condition of unit)
