Enjoy a wonderful stay in this 1900+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom beach house located in a family oriented residential area. The deck on the back of our home overlooks our private beach. Within one block: the Holiday Harbor Marina, a golf course (approximately 20 in the area), fishing & boat rentals/charters and a restaurant (many more in the area).
There are countless other activities, not to mention fishing on our private beach. There are other fishing opportunities close by, and various shops.

Perdido Key home - kitchen

The Pensacola Naval Air Station is located approximately 7 miles away. The National Naval Aviation Museum and the Pensacola Lighthouse are both located on base. And of course, the Blue Angels (The Navy Precision Flying Team) are based here. See the Blue Angels website for practice schedules and air shows. Access to the Gulf Islands National Seashore is only one mile from the house by way of Old River Road.

RATES & INFO

January 1 - Februaray 28: $795/week..... $1500/month

March 1 - May 15: $895/week..... $1600/month March and April

May 16 - Sept 15: $1100/week..... No Monthly Rental

Sept.16 - Dec. 31: $795/week...... $1500/month Oct. - Dec.

Rates do not include $80 cleaning fee or 11 1/2% sales tax. A reservation deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your reservation. This is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to scheduled rental date. It is nonrefundable after that. All remaining rental fees are due 3 weeks prior to rental date. Rentals run Sunday to Sunday. Check in is 3:00pm Check out is 10:00am. $10 per day fee for dogs.
