Damage Deposits $200.00 Cleaning fee $200.00 Receipt of damage deposit and cleaning deposit (via mail) confirms your reservation. All other fees due upon arrival. Will remit damage deposit upon inspection after your visit. Will remit cleaning fee if home is cleaned as well as linens washed and returned to beds.
