At the time your make your reservation you will be required to leave a 50% deposit and your balance will need to be paid in full 10 days prior to arrival. The rates do not include a 9.5% sales tax or the $70.00/cleaning fee.
Cancellation fee: More than 10 days prior to reservation date the fee will be $75.00. If 10 days or less to reservation dates the fee is $150.00. Full refund if cancellation by owner due to severe weather pending (hurricane).
