The Gulf-front King size master suite opens to your own private beach front balcony and includes large walk-in closet, bath with Jacuzzi, separate walk-in shower, 2 vanity areas, TV with DVD and ceiling fan.

The second master retreat at the opposite end of the unit also has King bed, plantation shutters, jacuzzi-shower combination, ceiling fan and its own private balcony with sound/ocean views. The third bedroom is sizable with 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and a bathroom nearby - TV with DVD. The living room has an oversized sectional sofa with queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, TV with VCR, DVD, and stereo. Custom window treatments offer blackout privacy for sleeping. The large dining room easily accommodates 8 people. There is a convenient wet bar opposite the Dining room.

The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with new granite tops, new stainless sinks, new garbage disposal. Breakfast bar and corner table/chairs are ideal for viewing while enjoying coffee. There is a full size washer/dryer located in a separate room off the kitchen. Along the Gulf beach are walking/biking paths. Bikes, jet-ski and sailboat rentals nearby are within walking distance. The island has several excellent restaurants. Shopping, movies, wide variety of restaurants can be enjoyed in Pensacola/Destin, both an easy 30 min. from Navarre.

Canc. policy: On daily/wkly rentals - $200 deducted from deposit for cancellations 45 days prior to arrival date. On monthly rentals $300 will be deducted for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date. Check in time 4 - 5 PM - check out 10:00 am.
