It's perhaps, at most, a 5-minute walk to the beach. It won't take long to realize what a special place Karolyn has created for her guests! The ambiance and decor reflect a casual Florida elegance with an emphasis placed on comfort and amenities.

BOTH the Master and Guest Suite provide the luxury of king-sized bedding. The third bedroom (Bunk room) has a full-sized mattress on the bottom, twin mattress on the top. The Master Suite is decorated with Broyhill furniture. A triple dresser, tall chest, and two nightstands compliment the King-Sized bed. A color, cable-connected television, answering machine, telephone, and radio/alarm are also provided. The sliding glass doors open to the 30-foot balcony. A full bath is also located within the master suite.

The Guest Suite also contains a King-Sized Bed, two nightstands, dresser, color/cable-connected TV, and access to the second full bath. The Third Bedroom provides a full-sized mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top. Behind the door is a small dresser and clothes hanging area. **A Color/Cable-Connected TV/VCR is located in the Bunk Room...This is a RARITY at Maravilla!** It's a great amenity and a favorite of little ones! When comparing properties, be sure and ask about this AMENITY!!
