Windancer is a 4-story complex located directly on one of Destin's most beautiful beaches. No roads to cross, no buildings obstructing that fabulous Gulf view! Silver Sands Factory Outlet is a mere 2-minute drive, Winn-Dixie grocery store possibly one minute. Our 3 bedroom beach rental unit is on the 4th floor and features 2 levels of living space. The Master bedroom is located on the main level and accommodates a King-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and triple dresser. The master bathroom has a whirlpool/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Also located on the main level is the fully equipped kitchen offering much more than just the "bare basics." Unlike some similar properties, we offer a full-sized washer/dryer in lieu of the tiny version... making a difference for your vacation time! Our unique dining table accommodates four with four bar stools at the adjacent kitchen bar area. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, two leather swivel recliners, and entertainment center. The entertainment center houses the TV, VCR, DVD, Sony stereo system, small video library, and assorted games.

The loft bedroom is located upstairs and overlooks the living area. It features a King-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and dresser. The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds, one nightstand, and dresser. A second bathroom is also located upstairs. All bedrooms have cable-connected televisions. Additionally, there is a vcr in the 3rd bedroom. From the living area, 2 sliding glass doors lead to the gulf front balcony. Our bar height table and chairs provide an unobstructed beach, pool, and gulf view...no railings and no plastic chairs! Our location is superb! The property is exceptional! The amenities are outstanding!

No Smoking. No pets. Lessee must be 25 to enter into lease agreement which requires lessee's occupation and supervision of all guests during the lease term. Check-in is at 3:30 PM, Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservations must be made within (30) thirty days prior to check-in for a nightly or weekly booking; (60) sixty days prior to a monthly booking; and (3) three days prior to any booking made within (14) fourteen days of arrival. A ($100) one hundred dollar processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Additionally, a (3%) three-percent cancellation charge - based upon total payment made by credit card - will be levied. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of full advance rental payment.
