need to bring your own). All 4
bedrooms have private newly remodeled bathrooms, DVD, VCR, CD, ceiling
fans, Sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress and box springs. 30
ft. deck with private grill, lounges, benches, dining table -lots of
space and privacy, plenty of room for wading pool or for everyone to lay
out or party.
The townhouse can be rented as a 1-bedroom studio, 3 bedroom, or 4
bedroom. In the summer we rent only by the week and only as a 4
bedroom. 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin + bunks & sofa bed It is really
a vacation paradise you will never want to leave.
First FLOOR:
Studio with full kitchen including icemaker, queen-size Murphy bed w/
sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress and box spring ,custom tile,new
bath with steam shower, opens directly onto private covered patio
and the large wood deck with grill , dining ,lounges, benches and BEACH.
Great family or party area or couple's get-a-way, many a honeymoon
couple have stayed in the studio. Playstation 2 . Game room .
Second FLOOR:
Living room ( sofabed) ,dining room for 12, and kitchen, all with gulf
views, are located on the second floor. Beautiful hickory wood floors on
entire 2nd level. New kitchen has , granite counters, custom
cabinets and is well furnished with gourmet pots, waffle maker,
cuisinart, every appliance, specialty items and serving dishes you
could want for wedding, party or family dining. Second floor also has
queen bedroom , new custom bath and laundry area. There is also a deck
on the second floor with dining table for 12.
Third FLOOR: On the third floor, nicest of all is the romantic master
suite w/ gulfview jacuzzi in king bedroom ( wood floors ), swing on
private master deck, and newly remodeled master bath. Lie in bed and
watch the dolphins by day and let the waves be your lullaby by night.
The other bedroom on the third floor has
built in bunks and 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. Nintendo.
