Located downstairs is a utility and room for your fishing gear. This is an excellent location ...at Mile Marker 53 on the bay side! Fish on the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean or within minutes scuba dive and snorkel the renowned Keys reefs. A 70 foot dock is located right in your backyard. Bring your boat or just rent one for the water sports of your prefernce.
