The property is oceanside with direct access to ocean and a 30 ft step down wooden dock equipped to accommodate boats with dockside electric & water and cleats. For the fisherman, there is a fish cleaning table. Beautiful upgrades in this finely build home include granite countertops with tumbled marble back splash in kitchen and crown molding in kitchen/dining/living rooms.

The Master bathroom has Jacuzzi tub with glass block window, separate stall shower, and double sinks. Tennis courts, golf and children's' playground is nearby. Cabana Club is a very short walk away. MEMBERSHIP IN CABANA CLUB is included which gives use of ocean front heated pool, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar... all are a short walk away plus a wonderful oceanfront restaurant. Just bring your luggage.

Activities: Many diving/snorkeling and fishing charters are nearby. Tennis, par 3 nine hole golf course, children's' playground and fine restaurants within walking distance. The property is located in the Middle Keys, one hour to Key West or Key Largo. Area: Marathon Airport 5 minutes away... fly directly into Marathon from Fort Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Airways. Or take the 2 hour drive from Miami and enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys.
