It is situated only about 50 yards from the beach and directly across from the swimming pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The tropical grounds of Pointe Santo provide a kidney shaped-pool, poolside jacuzzi, tennis courts, gas grills, picnic tables and clubhouse providing many supervised children's activities.

The white sandy beaches also provide lounge chairs and Caribbean-style umbrella tables to use as a respite from the sun.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV/DVD, private dressing/bath area and spectacular view of the lagoon & gulf. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV/DVD and attached bathroom. A queen size sofa bed is available in the living room.
