This outstanding 4 bedroom home is located in a quiet position of Rotonda's Pine Valley overlooking a picturesque lake with golf course beyond. Our luxurious villa occupies a double 1/2 acre plot (South-West Facing) overlooking a natural lake in a quiet conservation area. The villa enjoys a total area of 3500 sq feet and has been furnished and to an extremely high standard in order to provide visitors with every comfort and convenience.  

 The villa is ideally situated only 5-15 minutes drive from an array of stunning beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants and semi-tropical islands. 

The home consists of two master suites (with Jacuzzi baths and showers) both opening onto the extended lanai and pool as well as one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There are two additional bathrooms. The large, open plan Great Room opens out to the lanai. There is a formal dining area, fully fitted upgraded kitchen, breakfast area and fully equipped utility room. The property is 1.5 hours from Tampa airport, 2.5 from Disney and 1.5 hours from Busch Gardens.
