Carlina Villa is set in the prestigious Yacht club area of Cape Coral and is near many shops, restaurants and golf courses. Cape Coral offers something for everyone; beautiful white sandy beaches, numerous golf courses and a water park for the children. There is an extensive range of shopping malls, designer outlets and a range of restaurants to suit all.

The villa has four double bedrooms and the master bedroom has an ensuite. For the comfort of guests, the property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room as well as over the patio area. The large open plan lounge/dining area incorporates sliding patio doors to the lanai (pool deck). The kitchen comes complete with oven range, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and all necessary utensils and crockery. There is a utility area in the double garage.

Lee island is a water wonderland and fishing in the area is excellent. The nearest airport is Ft Myers... 15 minutes away. Miami airport is 150 miles, Orlando 180 Miles and Tampa 140 Miles.
