This unit offers a large home away from home, feeling very spacious with large bathrooms- with tubs and showers. When sitting in the living room you can enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and never leave your leather recliner. A large deck off the living room and the master bedroom offers you breathtaking Sunsets or just relaxing and enjoying the sea breezes.

Our pool is heated and beautiful. Next to the pool are tiki-huts and picnic tables. A large brick charcoal grill is for your use when enjoying a lunch on the beach. You can swim in the Gulf, refresh yourself in the pool, relax in the hot tub and sit under a tiki hut with your favorite drink, all at one special place, Island Breezes. The Redington Fishing Pier is right next-door. You can catch your trophy deep-sea fish right outside your door. They rent tackle and bait and will even help when you hook the Big One! It doesn’t get much better.

Redington Shores is a charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants. It offers upscale dining and a variety of activities on and off its pristine beach. This building is only five stories tall, not like a high rise, however it offers all the amenities such as an elevator, lobby with baggage carts, security and very well maintained pool and grounds. For the activity minded, there are many other active sports like parasailing, jet skis, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, just minutes away, or just taking long peaceful walks on the beach or enjoy spectacular sunsets, sun bathing, or reading a favorite book in a beach chair.
