This 3 bedroom direct Gulf front condo is located in Redington Shores, one of the loveliest beaches in Florida and centrally located... only 25 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando. Our unit features an elevator, large decks and the master bedroom directly faces the Gulf. Our condo offers a large home away from home, feeling very spacious with large bathrooms- all with double sinks, tubs and showers. When sitting in the living room or laying in your bed you’ll be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. A large deck off the living room and the master bedroom offers you breathtaking sunsets or just relaxing and enjoying the sea breezes.

Our pool is heated and beautiful. Next to the pool is a large well-manicured grass area with tiki-huts and picnic tables. A large brick charcoal grill is for your use when enjoying a lunch on the beach. You can swim in the Gulf, refresh yourself in the pool and sit under a tiki hut with your favorite drink, all at one special place, The Palms. The Redington Fishing Pier is right next-door. You can catch your trophy deep-sea fish right outside your door. They rent tackle and bait and will even help when you hook the Big One! It doesn’t get much better.

Redington Shores is a charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants... it offers upscale dining and a variety of activities on and off its pristine beach. Our building is only five stories tall, not like a high rise, however it offers all the amenities such as an elevator, lobby with baggage carts, security and very well maintained pool and grounds. For the activity minded the tennis court is available along with many other active sports like parasailing, jet skis, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, or just taking long peaceful walks on the beach.
