...is an 1800 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor, corner condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine the panoramic view you will have from this 75 foot, wrap around balcony. The kitchen, dining, and living area, all open out to the wrap around balcony. They have a direct view of the Gulf. The balcony is furnished for dining or relaxing. The beautiful pool is heated and Gulf front! We are located in Arena De Madeira, a small 15 unit condo complex 10 blocks North of John’s Pass, one of the largest marinas on the West coast of Florida.

The Master bedroom has sliding doors opening on to the balcony with a beautiful exposure to the Gulf. It has a King size bed and a large private bath. The furnishings are new and contemporary. Both secondary bedrooms are large, with plenty of play space, and storage. They both have twin beds. There is a rollaway bed and a queen air mattress for those really big families. A portacrib will be provided on request.

Both baths are large and modern with separate wet areas. There is an inside utility with a new washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are provided. If you cook on vacation you will love this kitchen! It has it all. New flat top range, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, ice tea maker, full size refrigerator, with ice maker. There is even fine china, as well as everyday dish ware. We furnish spices for Gourmet cooking, so don’t bring your Oregano! We provide everything needed for cooking and serving, all linens, tanning oil and sunscreen.

John’s Pass is a unique old Florida Village, which host numerous shops and restaurants along a beautiful boardwalk and adjacent to the famous Hubbard’s Marina which offers off shore fishing charters as well as every type of water sport available! We are even fortunate enough to have a Red Skeleton Art Gallery, where they have all of his wonderful Clown paintings and prints on display.
Please let us know if you have a guest in you party with special needs so that we can be prepared to meet them. We also like to know of special occasions, so we can have a bottle of chilled champagne waiting when you arrive! I know that you will love this home away from home and we hope to have you back year after year

May through August $1400 per week, $100 cleaning fee.

Seven day minimum. No charge for aditional guest. $300.00 deposit required to reserve your dates. Deposit applied to your balance upon arrival. Fourty five day notice required to receive refund less $25.00.
