Our very clean 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo was new in '98. The unit just purchased and updated in 2002 with new kitchen and hardwood flooring. The unit has had very little use so it's like brand new. We have a wonderful little view of the gulf from our balcony, kitchen and living room, the rest of the house is very bright and airy. Our pool is right smack on the beach . We're easy to get to, and we're close to everything . It's a small 2 story building with only 4 units so it's like having it all to yourself.
