Our offering consists of the Yachtsman Beach Bungalow, a large two bedroom Gulf front home and 2 free standing 2 bedroom cottages. The Yachtsman Beach Bungalow has a direct westerly view of the beach. The sunroom's west wall is all glass and looks out over the water. It has a private deck furnished for dining or sunning with a wonderful rollaway awning for shade if desired. There are queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the sunroom. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped. The decor is that of a sailor's lodge. It is Old Florida at it's best.

Cottages #2 and #3 are quaint, free standing and have 2 bedrooms each with southerly exposure to the Gulf. Walk out of your door on to the beach. Covered picnic area and Gazebo outside your door. Queen bed in Master, 2 twins in second bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full size, fully equipped kitchen. Decor is homey, cozy with that Seaside touch.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and popcorn for your first day. The kitchens are equipped with full size appliances, microwave, coffee maker and toasters. We provide hand mixers and blenders. All kitchens have a good supply of spices for gourmet cooking. Each unit has a charcoal grill. There is also a gas grill. There are plenty of chairs and side tables as well as three picnic areas. We provide a free crib to those who need it. We keep plenty of surf and sand toys for children. There is a free washer/dryer on the property. We keep a small library of reading, games, and video material in the laundry cabinet. If you need anything that is not there, ask for it and chances are we can get it. Please advise us of special occasions, so that we can have wine or champagne for you upon arrival. Please advise us of any special needs that you or your guest may have so that we may prepare in advance. We want your visit to be a memorable one and we want you and your family to come back year after year. Call in advance to arrange for Bar B Ques, Wine and Cheese parties featuring native Florida wines, or crab and shrimp boils for groups during the Summer and Fall Season.
