The 2500 sq ft unit was new in '99, beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities you need for your beach vacation. This is a beach house with class, feeling and is very spacious with large rooms, cathedral ceilings, sky lights and a wonderful kitchen. Off the living room you have a spiral staircase that leads to your own private deck directly on the sand, where you can barbeque or just relax with a good book or your favorite drink and smell the fresh gulf breezes. The first level is a two-car garage with an extra bonus room that goes directly to the large beach level deck with a spray shower. After a day on the beach you can relax on the lounge chairs and fire up the grill for that beach delicacy. When sitting on the leather couch in the living room or lying in your king size bed, you’ll be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. There are decks off the living area and the master bedroom where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets.

You can swim in the Gulf of Mexico or relax in the pool or Jacuzzi tub. This town home is your own beach resort. Indian Shores is a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and great local restaurants. It offers upscale dining or local mom and pop restaurants. It’s close to all activities and culture. For the activity minded there is parasailing, miniature golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes. There are also terrific museums and theatre or just taking long peaceful walks on the beach or enjoy spectacular sunsets with the white sand between your toes.
