This large 2500 square foot non-smoking unit was new in '98 and is beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities you need for your beach vacation. This beach house has class and feels very spacious with large rooms, cathedral ceilings, sky lights and ceiling fans. The kitchen is wonderful with solid surface counters, intercom and water softener.

The living room wall is mirrored and reflects a Gulf view from all angles. Off the living room you have a spiral staircase that leads to your own private deck directly on the sand, where you can barbeque or just relax by the pool with a good book or your favorite drink and smell the fresh gulf breezes. The first level is a two-car garage with an extra bonus room that goes directly to the large beach level deck with a spray shower and cold drinking water fountain. After a day on the beach you can relax on the lounge chairs and fire up the grill for that beach delicacy.

When sitting on leather couches in the living room or lying in your king size bed, you’ll be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. There are decks off the living area and the master bedroom where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets or you can swim in the Gulf of Mexico. This town home is your own beach resort. Indian Shores is a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and great local restaurants. It offers upscale dining or local mom and pop restaurants. It’s close to all activities and culture.
