This home is located on a large, canal front lot, about 100 yards from the Crystal River and Kings Bay. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep up to 7 people. The living room contains a 36" TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo CD player. The modern kitchen is completely equipped for easy meal preparation. There is also a screened porch complete with electric BBQ grill for outdoor dining. The back yard is fenced and there is a brand new floating dock.

Kings Bay is famous for the large number of Manatees that winter here. The bay is fed by several springs and stays at a constant 72 degrees all year long. This area is very popular with scuba divers and snorklers. The bay flows into the Crystal River, which is a well marked river that opens into the Gulf of Mexico.

Crystal River is located about 90 minutes north of Tampa and 90 minutes west of Orlando. There are multiple championship golf courses nearby and the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park is only 10 minutes away. Fort Island Gulf Beach is less than 7 miles away. There are many great places to eat and shop locally and marinas close by if you wish to rent a boat.

Reservation dates and prices are not guaranteed until the rental deposit is received. MasterCard, Dicover and Visa accepted. A canoe and six person hot tub are is available on premises.
