It is situated at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac less than 10 minutes away from Anna Maria Island and the sundrenched beaches of the Gulf Coast. Nearby facilities include golf, fishing,tennis and most watersports.

There are numerous restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Busch Gardens is 50 minutes drive and the Theme Parks in Orlando are less than 2 hours away. This is a great place to rest and relax in comfort.
Our home has a fully equipped and fitted kitchen/diner. There is a large lounge/dining room, family room and also a further sitting room overlooking the pool.
