Bradenton Beach vacation property, beach rentals

Located on the southern half of the Island, the Bermuda Bay Club condos are spacious "Key West" style town houses built in 1999/2000. They are the most charming beach rentals on the Island with their yellow paint, white metal roofs, balconies and lantern lampposts. They stretch from beach to bay, with a wooden walkway going out to the bay. This charming 3 bedroom unit with its beachy decor is less than 50 yards from the beach. Anna Maria Island is 7 miles long and located just south of Tampa Bay. It is truly one of Florida's best-kept secrets!

Anna Maria has the same beautiful water and beaches as the better-known beach vacation spots, but minus the high-rise condos and motels that hide the natural beauty of the island. Yet there are wonderful restaurants and places to shop for your convenience. The tropical weather in the winter draws many of our northern friends to stay for months at a time. But the summers are wonderful as well with the Gulf breezes to cool the hot sunny days.

Expenses were not spared when furnishing this 3 bedroom townhouse. Much time was taken in finding just the right decor to go with the theme of each room. The master bedroom is the "Seashell Room" and is decorated in sea green. There is a small private balcony off this room, and a TV/VCR.

The "Fish Room" has wicker furniture with twin beds. It is decorated in a brilliant blue with bright colored fish everywhere. The "Garden Room" has a wonderful view of the beach from the queen size bed. The decor is yellow and white with flowers all around.

The dining room and family room are both beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is a TV, VCR, stereo and all the comforts of home in the family room. There is a large balcony off this room with patio furniture for eating and/or lounging while enjoying the spectacular view. There is another smaller balcony off the dining room as well. And all the guys' favorite... a huge garage with automatic door. One renter put his boat in it!

There's plenty to do nearby such as: fishing, boating, golfing, jet skiing, parasailing or simply relaxing on the beach. Other attractions between 20 and 40 minutes away are: Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Art Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Selby Gardens. And then for world-class shopping and dining, the very popular St. Armands Circle is just a short (and beautiful) drive away. There is also Disney (2.5 hours) and Bush Gardens (1.25 hours), and much more in the Sarasota/Tampa/Orlando areas.
