The new resort is nestled in the quiet community of Seagrove Beach, just minutes from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, shopping, restaurants, activities and the 19 mile bike path which runs the length of Scenic Hwy 30A. "The Dunes of Seagrove" features 2 large, interconnecting, multi-level pools (7500 square feet), hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts and on-site check in and management. A reserved, covered parking space is provided for our premiere unit. |

Our 2 bedroom and separate bunk room, 2 bathroom
condo has been custom painted and professionally decorated with
upscale furnishings and is complete in every detail. It's been

unit, #403B, features 10 foot ceilings, creating a more spacious and
open feeling, with 1400 square feet of living area and opens to a
large balcony. The balcony overlooks the pool and the beautiful Gulf
and pristine sugar-sand dunes. Because of it's unique location, #403B
affords you the best beach views of any 2 bedroom condo in this
property.

Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare
a gourmet meal or a light snack while enjoying the view of the Gulf of
Mexico. The spacious family area has plenty of comfortable seating so
you can relax and view the Gulf or enjoy the complete entertainment
center, which has a large TV, VCR, DVD and a premium sound system.
The master suite has a king size bed and comfortable sitting area.
Your entertaiment center offers a large TV, VCR, DVD and a music
system. Enjoy the views of the Gulf while relaxing in bed or
while lounging in the sitting area. The master bath has an
over-sized vanity with double sinks. There is a roomy walk-in
shower and a seperate jacuzzi tub.

The queen bedroom has western views of the Gulf
and the sunsets. There is an entertainment center complete with
a TV and VCR. You also have a private entrance to the guest
bathroom. Although the bunk room is small, it has a window with
a western Gulf view and plenty of room for 2 kids. The laundry
closet, with a stack washer and dryer, is adjacent to the bunkroom.
You have a Gulf view from every room in this special unit (except the
bathrooms.)
On-site management provides a beach chair and
umbrella set-up and complimentary video rentals during your visit.
