...is a new (2005), non-smoking, cottage-style home with four bedrooms, three baths that sleeps ten on two levels in one king, two queens, two twins, and one queen sleeper. It's tastefully decorated in a West Indies/Hemingway style with original art work that reflects that kick-back, easy living feeling of summers at the beach that you've always dreamed about. Bienvenue is the 2nd house in the neighborhood so it's one of the closest houses to the beach in Old Florida Village.

Two porches off the Living area and Master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, Gulf breezes and barbecuing on a new gas grill. A community pool just three houses away is great for families with kids that need those occasional diversions from the beach.

Old Florida Village is a new Seaside style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane approximately 500 yards from the famous sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Florida Panhandle Gulf.

Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin.  Across the street is GoatFeathers, a great seafood restaurant, and other great restaurants, shopping boutiques, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the Green at Gulf Place Caribbean are just a short walk.  The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside are just four to eight miles down the beach highway.   Only a few blocks to bike and kayak rental.

Rents Sunday to Sunday in Spring and Summer; $180 cleaning fee 11.5% tax; $85 damage waiver fee; $50 pet fee weekly rental during spring/summer; 3 night minimum during fall and winter We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age. $50 pet fee if applicable; 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and will receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
