Our PET FRIENDLY 3 bedroom Gulf front cottage has a beach side deck and an upper deck with spiral stairs as well as a covered beach-side porch. Your private beach is equipped with children's' swings and a large swing for adults. The beach is one few 'Blue Wave' beaches... so designated for it's ultra-clean condition. Dolphins visit this beach regularly! The property has a beautiful garden in the rear, adjacent to the parking area and next to the rear deck where birds and nature abound. There are plenty of gorgeous sunsets & sunrises for your family to enjoy. Our Seaside room has view of both with a TV to boot! Recently added... HI-SPEED DSL INTERNET ACCESS!!

We are located 2 minutes from highway 98, 3 minutes from County Road 30-A and just 50 steps to the water, right on the beach! It's 3 minutes from a Wynn-Dixie Store, 8 miles West of Panama City Beach; 8 mi. East of Seaside and 22 miles to Destin's shopping and dining. Rosemary Beach is right next door. Tennis and golf are within minutes and there is a fine bike trail ...separate from roads & highway and safe all the way to Seaside. There is fresh water fishing in Lake Powell 4 minutes away. Camp Helen nature trails are a 5 minute walk up the beach. Just opened across street from Wynn-Dixie... a new Publix Supermarket, January 1, 2005. Also just opened a full-service wine and spirit store next door to Wynn-Dixie store.

One-half of rental fee is required upon booking (mail) and balance, 2 weeks prior to arrival at cottage. Keys will be mailed to renter then. Also maps and directions, plus extra pictures, will be mailed to renter. Receipts will be e-mailed and by U.S. mail. We have owned this cottage for 13 years and it is not your usual rental - it is decorated and furnished for our home-away-from-home. Just bring your groceries, everything else is furnished!
