A refundable deposit of $200 will be required within seven days after reservation is confirmed, and refundable if cancelled 60 days in advance of arrival. All rentals subject to Florida Sales Tax (10%) and a cleaning fee of $70. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of key being returned. Cannot rent to anyone under the age of 25, according to condo association rules.
