This private end unit is located on the 9th and 10th floors of Pinnacle Port with breathtaking views from both sides. The living room balcony overlooks the sparkling emerald green Gulf waters and sandy white beaches through double sliding glass doors. The master bedroom balcony overlooks beautiful and serene Lake Powell with a Gulf view as well!

The second bedroom has double windows also overlooking the Gulf. Pinnacle Port has it's own fishing pier, dock and boat ramp on Lake Powell for your enjoyment so bring your boat or personal watercraft along. We also provide on site beach service for rentals of beach chairs, umbrellas, wave runners and sailboats.

This is a wonderful family vacation retreat with great golf courses, shopping and award winning restaurants only minutes away. On site amenities include 2 swimming pools, shuffleboard, horseshoes, saunas, fitness center, children's playground, as well as basketball and lighted tennis courts. Everything you could need or want for a relaxing fun-filled time in paradise!!

Spring > March 22-May 24 $160/night .... $900/week

Summer > May 24- September 6 $175/night .... $1,000/week

Fall > September 6 - November 22 $150/night...$800/week....$1500/month

Winter > Nov. 22 -March 31 $125/night.....$650/week...1,000/month

A refundable deposit of $200 will be required within seven days after reservation is confirmed, and refundable, if cancelled 30 days in advance of arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of keys being returned provided there has been no loss, damage, or non-qualifying cancellations. All rentals subject to 10% Florida State Sales and Bed Tax and a cleaning fee of $70. Final payment in its entirety is due 14 days before arrival including tax, cleaning, and rental fee. Sorry, cannot rent to anyone under the age of 25, due to condo association rules.
