Watch the dolphins, rays, and beautiful waves as you relax in a laid back luxurious asmosphere. This unit is BEACHFRONT, nestled in between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico with all the conveniences of home. The property is bordered by Gulf Islands National Seashore and a Florida state park with a walking and bike trail that runs for 16 miles (all the way to Pensacola Beach).

Your family is going to love this quiet, secluded paradise. Our condo is equipped with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queens in the guest bedroom, and a queen fold-out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR combo, TV/DVD in the living room and the master bath has a huge shower and a large jacuzzi tub to relax in after a great day on the beach.

There are two beachside pools (one heated), a hot tub, and an exercise room overlooking the beach equipped with weights, bike and treadmill. Your rental includes a beach set-up (two chairs and an umbrella). This condo at The Pearl is your home away from home. Come and enjoy the experience! Located between Pensacola and Fort Walton, it is an easy seven and a half hour drive from Memphis or five hours from Atlanta.
