This charming two-story 4 bedroom beach house with private pool and spa is conveniently located on a quiet street within a short walk to the beach. With four tastefully decorated bedrooms, two baths, two full service kitchens and plenty of space inside and out, this is the perfect house for summer entertaining or relaxing with your family.  Our newly remodeled home features all new furnishings, newly decorated rooms, new designer kitchen and tiled sunrooms.

Outside you will enjoy the new 24 X 15 heated sport pool, 5 X 8 spa/ brick terrace/sundeck, patio and outside shower.  The expansive 15 X 30 sundeck overlooking the pool southward to the Gulf provides peaceful sounds of the waves day and night. Also, there are both front and rear open decks on the second level. Several majestic old live oaks canopy the side yard and rear deck area for a nice shady area outside the pool fence.  The landscaped yard is a mix of palm trees and canopy trees which surround the pool area and the front of the house.  There is a gas grill located in the rear.

The property is situated one and a half blocks from the beach in the Crystal Beach community, only a short distance to all the new shopping and restaurants.  Two full service tiled kitchens with breakfast bars including dishwasher/microwave.

$500 deposit due at rental confirmation

Housekeeping fee for all rentals, $175.00/wk

$500 Damage deposit with rental confirmations. Half(1/2) of Rental Total due 90 days prior to arrival date. The remaining balance due 30 days prior. All rates are subject to change until comfirmation is received. Certified or personal checks only are accepted. No one under the age of 25 may rent this home.
