At Sandpiper Resort, you can enjoy sunning or swimming on 1,100 ft of sugar white beach with chair/umbrella rentals available, volleyball, restrooms and a covered food pavilion. You may drive to the beachside parking lot or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Phillip' Paradise II is a second floor balcony unit with queen bed and queen sofa bed.  There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo, cable TV in the living room.   A calling card is required for all long distance calls.   Washer and dryers are at the end of the building on the first level.
FREE Sandpiper amenities include 24 hr. security service, large covered picnic pavilion, 9 hole par 3 golf course, canal dock, boat ramp, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, BBQ grills at pools & beachside, 3 lighted tennis courts and shuffle board.  Other amenities include a beach snack bar and popular on-site restaurant.

$200 reservation/damage deposit when received holds the reservation. Total payment is due within 14 days of arrival. Damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks if no damage, loss, or unreasonable cleaning is found. Check-in: 5:00 P.M. Check-out 11:00 A.M. Long Distance telephone calls can be made by using telephone access card or phone card.
