This 2 bedroom 7th floor end unit features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Bay and San Destin golf course from two oversized balconies and almost every room in this large condo. You can even see the water from the Kitchen. Four sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the two balconies ...one Gulf front and one Bay front. Our bright light filled home was redecorated in December of 2008 with an updated modern West Indies/Tommy Bahama decor. The Living room features a new oversized sectional sofa that seats eight+ and contains a queen size sleeper. Other additions include: new cocktail table, sofa table and end tables, inside the hand painted palm tree armoire is a new 42" LCD TV and CD/DVD/surround sound stereo. A second dining table and dry bar complete the luxurious living room.

An unusual feature in our home is the separate Dining room that seats eight guests and enjoys panoramic views of the Bay, San Destin golf course and Mainsail's new pool area & tennis courts.   The Dining Room has a sliding glass door to the Bay side balcony and opens to the Chef's Kitchen and breakfast bar has seating for four guests and features everything you could need, including a view of the Bay.   Granite counters, new appliances, barware, professional style knives, all new cook ware, silverware, dishes and bake ware make this a kitchen you'll feel right at home in.
The Gulf front Master Suite features a gorgeous mahogany king-size bed, hand-carved armoire with 36" TV & DVD Player and an iHome radio on the night stand.   Adjoining the Master Suite is a private dressing area with custom built cherry closets.   The Gulf front balcony with breath taking sunrise views, is accessible from the Master Suite.
A spacious Guest Suite features tropical decor and brand new mahogany queen size spindle bed, long dresser with mirror and an iHome radio on the nightstand.   Plantation shutters, a custom closet and 26" LCD TV with DVD player complete the room.

Each balcony is spacious and features custom designed wicker furniture and cushions. On the Gulf side balcony there is a table and four oversized chairs... a perfect place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast or cocktails after a long day on the beach. The Bay side balcony is a great place to relax with a book or chat with friends and family. Furnished with a chair and ottoman, sofa that seats 3, chaise lounge and two end tables that make a great place to serve snacks. With a premium view of the tennis courts, you can cheer on a tennis game.

The local attractions are ever-changing and our home is located very close to many of them. Our 800 ft private beach is at the top of that list! But if you must leave the beach, the Silver Sands Factory Stores is directly across the street, featuring over 100 top designer store outlets and several restaurants. And for a coffee drinker, there is a Starbucks in walking distance! Several golf courses are also near by including a par 3 course and putt putt. Big Kahuna's Water Park is a just short drive West. Grande Destin has just opened with upscale shops and dining just to the East. Destin Commons an outdoor mall is just two miles to the West. Many additional activities are available in the area: fishing (beach, pier and deep), wild life viewing, horse back ridding, golf, tennis and much more.
