Alligator Point, Florida vacation information

TreeTops is a fully furnished, 2 bedroom beach house located on Bald Point, just a block away from a white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. From the rear deck and screened-in porch you will enjoy a beautiful marshland view. As you can see from the picture below, the sunsets over the marsh are spectacular. Bald Point State Park, which is a prime bird watching location, is just a short walk or bike ride away from TreeTops. Bald Eagle, Red-breasted Merganser, Osprey, Marbled Godwit, and Royal Tern are just a few of the birds you might spy.

An 8% tax is added to the above rates.

A $200.00 refundable security deposit is also required.

Check-out Time: As long as you check out by 10:00 AM, there is no charge for your day of departure.
