One of the most private wide waterfront homes in the Keys...WITH private pool. The 4 bedroom home has a 3500 square foot with banquet hall that seats 14 and is fun to sit and watch the boat traffic (Mostly dive boats); also a party room that we call Tavern because of the authentic bar that came from a popular Tropical Bar that was blown away during Hurricane Andrew and we got all that was left. It's unique with embedded sand dollars and other seashell creatures.

There are 2 golf courses close-by. Swim with the dolphins (expensive... or cheaper to rent the deck boat (coast guard approved for 13) and go watch them. Also...the home is close to a beach. No college kids ever. I live within kayak distance, a cop lives next door and Rambo lurks in the neighborhood.
This is a place for the "Severely Overprivileged" to have family re-unions and quiet weddings. If you happen to have a high maintenance cry baby or annoying teenager in your group, we can arrange to have authentic pirates kidnap that person. Just ask. This is the vacation of a lifetime! 24 sliding glass doors, all with a waterfront view.

Additional Amenities: Bring your own boat and use our 275' of docking space. Free kayaks. Fishing from our docks is always an exciting surprise. Free pass to Dolphin Research Center. Fishing, fishing, fishing. Anything that swims in the Atlantic swims past this house. As a matter of fact, the fish swim circles around this property as we are a bridge connected island. Come have your photo put on my wall with your 6 foot catch.

Please put your e-mail address on your check. Please do not make me sign for the mail. I'm out boating and Never get to the post office.
