In the afternoons, he hunts for fish in the lagoon. In the morning, iguanas come to the dock for breakfast on last nights’ salad trimmings.

Inside, you have new central air, exposed beam ceilings, tile floors, and a complete kitchen. Outside, the screened porch opens onto the dock with a picnic table and fish cleaning station to help you clean your days’ catch.

Coming from Miami (about 70 miles), your drive time should be about 1.5 hours. Your access is easy because your house is ground level on a dead end street. Snorkeling, diving and fishing is great, and just minutes away.
